I have found the art store in Fredericton is pretty good. Called Endeavours, I like it for the pre-stretched canvas that you can get, plus they have a deal if you buy a bunch at once.
I’ve been to Endevours Brian. I purchased my Moleskines from them. He’s got a great set-up.
I know there is another art supply shop uptown (Saint John) but for the life of me can’t think of their name and have yet to go in. I’ve only just discovered that they even existed.
