This year it’s located on the Saint John Exhibition Grounds and runs from 11:00 to 2:00 only on May 10th, 2014. There are a tremendous amount of vendors and organized by Sue of Apple of Your Eye Doula services. There is an event created on Facebook too. Door entry is $2.00 and proceeds are in support of First Steps Housing.
I’ll have many children’s and nursery themed art on hand.
Hope to see you there!
And thanks to everyone who came out to the last weeks show. Above is a shot of last weeks show. My mom and daughter were there helping me out and will be there this week too.
I love these events. This is a photo of people in attendance from the Christmas Stop & Shop. The Stop & Shop is held within the Qplex in the town of Quispamsis. The sale runs from 11:00 to 4:00 on May 4, 2014 and the entrance fee is a donation of your choice in support of the Children’s Wish Foundation.
Hope to see you there! My table is located just to the left of the entrance door.
There is a Facebook Group you can join for updates too.
Applecheeks is clebrating for 25 days of 25,000 Applecheeks fans on their Facebook page and I am sponsoring their 20th day…
Today on the Applecheeks blog you can enter to win two beautiful fine art prints of mine, With Child and ABC valued at $60. Both are limited edition fine art prints. They are numbered, signed and titled and will arrive with certificates of authenticity. This contest closes at midnight tonight.
And from today, March 20 to March 27 I am offering 25% off all purchases in my Etsy Shop. Simply use the code APPLECHEEKS during checkout.
I’ve been using Applecheeks cloth diapers on my daughter since she was very tiny weighing in at about 7lbs. She was too tiny to use them at first as she arrived early and only weighed 5lbs 5oz. She weighs over 17lbs and is fitting into their size 2 diapers now. I couldn’t imagine using disposables. I have about 24 diapers in total. Here Willow is at about 8 lbs in both photos with her Applecheeks.
Anyhow, go and support this fantastic Canadian Cloth Diapering Company, win some great Jessica Doyle art or purchase some to hang on the wall in your home, office or baby nursery.
UPDATE – Contest is closed. Winner of the calendar is Megan Warren! Thanks to everyone for the support this year.
This year I will be offering two coupons that can be used in my art shop and two giveaways for Black Friday.
I am 27 sales away from reaching 2000 sales and that in itself is pretty darn cool. Once 2000 sales are reached all customers will be entered into a draw for a $50.00 gift card to the shop.
Spend $100 or more and get 40% off with this code “BLACK40″, otherwise use this code, “BLACK25″ and get 25% off your purchase before shipping charges. This is a great way to get that original art you or a loved one has been eyeing.
And do leave a comment on this blog post telling me what your favourite piece of art is from my shop and I’ll enter you into a draw for one handmade by me 2013 wall calendar which is pictured below. You can buy one here too.

Below is a shot of my table at the Qplex Spring Stop & Shop just before the show opened from last weekend. Thanks to everyone who stopped by.
I will be selling at the Annual Spring Qplex Stop & Shop in Quispamsis this Sunday, May 5th from 11:00 to 4:00.
This is my first showing of the 2013 Season! I have many new limited edition fine art prints, specially matted and framed items and greeting cards ready for the show.
If you can’t make it out to the Qplex I’ll have a booth at the Marco Polo Cruise Terminal in Saint John next weekend on May 11th. And don’t forget that Mother’s Day is next Sunday on the 12th.
I’m excited and will be hauling my 22 weeks pregnant belly to the show. Hope to see you there!
I’ll be selling my work at the Queen Square Farmer’s Market in the South end of Saint John this Sunday, June 17th, 2012 from 8:30AM to 2:00PM.
My booth number is 26. The rain date is the following Sunday, however the weather forecast for this Sunday is looking mighty fine and sunny!
And yesterday I began selling my art and paper goods in the historic Saint John City Market located in Uptown Saint John. This market officially opened in 1876!
I will be at the City Market on all days when cruise ships are docking at the Port of Saint John. You can read the hectic cruise ship schedule here. It’s about 70 days in total from now until the end of October.
The next cruise ship day is this Saturday, June 16th. It’s looking to be a mighty busy weekend for me. Hope to see you out and about on either of those two days. I’ll be at the foot of the market this Saturday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM in beside Pete’s Fruitique in one of the nifty red stalls.
Please note that this sale has ended.
It’s a lonely road we all must walk after coming clean with ourselves then our family and friends. And truly no one else really understands because they are each walking their own paths too.
And the plan is to ignore the banter and move forwards and not be so hard on myself. I can’t count how many people have said that to me lately… people who know me well and people who know me not so well. I must be wearing my emotions on my sleeve.
Where exactly is one to put their emotions? And yes, the sleeve is a metaphor. I always try to use a kleenex when necessary but will resort to using my sleeve when I’m running away from the zombies! Haha!
Look, I started a sale in the shop. All originals are 50% off. I really need to clear these wonderful original artworks out of the studio and make room for new creations both physically and emotionally. The prices are already marked down.
Happy Springtime Everyone!
