WHY-why

WHY - why...

I began drawing this before Christmas only recently finishing it. It is drawn with various Pilot pens. Even the white is an opaque ink Pilot pen. The paper I drew upon is about 1/16″ or 2mm thick and slightly flecked and textured with color. It measures 5″ by 7″ or 152mm by 203mm

The original is for sale in my shop and 5″ by 7″ prints are now up to.

Artists Tip #3 – How to hide that unsightly pen line

Artists Tip #3 – How to hide that unsightly pen line

When you’ve drawn a line and it’s bad because you smudged it, drew the line too long, too short, gave aunt Wilma an extra eyeball or twitched from being startled from your rhythm by said aunt Wilma simply give her another eyeball. In other words draw another line or two. Give Aunt Wilma’s third or fourth eye wrinkles if need be. In as worst case scenario tear the eyeball (line) out and paste something in it’s place. Instant multi-media collage.

Stories from the East-side – 001 – Pink eyed man.

EastVanEsicaEric was home all last week from work with a pretty serious case of pink eye. It is rather hilarious to see a man of six foot two be unable to do the simplest things such as drive or watch TV. He is addicted to TV. From Monday to Wednesday he was unable to open his eye for longer than a few seconds. When I went over to turn the noise and image machine off he would whine out from underneath his hideout of pillows and blankets “leave it ONNNNNN!”. I said but you are not watching it. He replied he was listening to it. Good God. lol.
